Joyce Blair was born and raised in Kamloops, and has been an Aberdeen / Sahali resident for over 20 years. If you haven't met Joyce while she's walking her beagle, you may have seen her on the golf course or attending a local sports event. Joyce loves her community and the active lifestyle offered by Kamloops. She is an avid Blazer's fan, campaigned for the yes vote during the sports facility expansion referendum, and has devoted numerous hours to charitable and non-profit community organizations.
